Cherry Blosom Agate Slice Pinned Silver Necklace

80.00

A pale pink stone with soft cloud like inclusions. The stone is cherry blossom agate, cut into a unique natural slice. It's suspended in a simple pinned bail. Please note there will be variance in the stones. Hung on a beautiful beaded satellite chain in sterling silver. Chain Measures 17-18" with adjustable lobster clasp and adjustable chain length.

About Agate: A common semiprecious gemstone. A variety of chalcedony that occurs in bands of varying color and transparency. Varieties are characterized by peculiarities in the shape and color of the bands, which are seen in sections cut at right angles to the layers. Agate is found throughout the world, commonly in cavities in eruptive rocks and in geodes. Brazil and Uruguay are major producers of agates; they are also found in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other western U.S. states. Agate is essentially quartz. Much commercial agate is artificially dyed to make the naturally dull-gray stones more colorful.

Your jewelry will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in a small box. If this is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient, please let me know. I will be glad to include a note from you.
